A look at Odzala National Park in the Republic of Congo, one of the most isolated areas in Africa. A dense rain forest canopy shelters the steamy jungle underneath, occasionally giving way to island-like clearings called bais. Provides a rare opportunity to see elephants drink alongside families of lowland gorillas. See also water buffalo, cattle egrets, and other animals of this ecosystem.
